1) Number ONE item on your Bucket List? Like, the rest of the list can go to hell; this is ONE THING YOU GOTTA DO:
I think it’s more important to be content with what you have; so I don’t typically have a ‘bucket list’-approach to life. BUT, skydiving is something that I want to do. Basically all those extreme-sportsy things appeal to me.
Probably far and away, building a cabin or something in the woods and being able to go there alone (or with one other person) is a big dream mine.
2) If you had to choose between giving up laughing or your favorite food FOREVER, which would it be?
Oh, easily favorite food. I’ll eat plain oatmeal all my days, every meal rather than suffer through life without laughing.
3) If you could be anywhere else on the planet (or in the universe, alright) right this very second, where would it be and why?
If it’s the universe, I’d like to be on the moon. That’d be rad. For the Earth, I’d like to be like ten miles away.
4) Do you cook?
I really like the IDEA of cooking. I made some super good-looking quesadillas for the boys yesterday, but that’s because the Fishers have a DOPE kitchen. Me, less so.
5) Favorite song of the moment (post a YouTube video of it if you want)?
My favorite song at the moment is called Soon or Never by the Punch Brothers. There isn’t a good version of it on YouTube, so no. It’s on Spotify. It makes me teary and emotional and baby-like.
6) If you are a Fitblr, what was your “aha!” moment that got you to get fit/stay fit? If not, what are your thoughts on health and fitness, generally?
I don’t know what a fitblr is, but I don’t want to die of heart disease. And I love the amplified feeling of exercise and happy Alex. Being fat isn’t fun.
7) What’s your birthstone? Do you like to wear it? Or, if you don’t wear jewelry, would you wear it hypothetically?
I don’t know, but I think it’s green. I’ll wear a wedding ring, but I don’t wear jewelry.

Oh man, I’m bad at these kind of questions. I appreciate them all, but my favorite is Norm Macdonald, and I don’t like Adam Sandler.
9) Thoughts about Facebook?
Facebook is a real firestarter in our culture, isn’t it? No one’s going to disagree that it’s vital to communication now. Generally speaking, I’m not a big fan of people obsessing over what they perceive to be legitimate communication when it’s this type of weird quasi-communication/attentioning.
However, within the last few days, they’ve begun a program to sign people up for donating their bodies. That’s nice.
Each day I look at Facebook makes me realize how little I care about a lot of people I know.
10) Favorite alcoholic drink(s)?
I drink beer. My favorite brewery is Deschutes Brewery. My favorite beer of theirs is Black Butte Porter. They also have a tasty beer released once a year called The Abyss (and it lives up to that badass name).
11) Best friend on Tumblr?
It’s Kelly, of course! Practically my only friend!
